Real estate investment and development firm Investar USA is committed
to reinvigorating multifamily communities in the southern US. Specializing in
the acquisition, renovation, repositioning and management of real estate
assets, the company first ventured into the single-family home market by
acquiring over 300 SFH units in Greater Phoenix in Arizona
from 2008 to 2012. These units were purchased on a proprietary acquisition
model and management system. Later, the company directed its efforts toward
multifamily rental and repositioning. For the past five years, Investar USA has
acquired several apartment complexes in Arizona, Texas and Nevada.
